Lavender cottage is a comfortable cottage that has lots of traditional appeal, it is set in the market town of Ladybank and has a lovely rural outlook from the back garden. The garden is landscaped and offers a selection of seating area in order to take advantage of the sun at all times of day.

Inside the cottage there is a spacious lounge/dinning room with a 28 inch LCD TV, Freeview and DVD player. It also has a gas living flame fire to add atmosphere in the evening. The modern kitchen benefits from an integrated fridge and freezer, combination microwave and washing machine. There are two good sized bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds. They both benefit from the original fireplaces that add character to the rooms. The family bathroom has a three piece suite and Triton shower. The cottage has gas central heating and this is included in the price.

The Burgh of Ladybank is situated in the heart of the Kingdom of Fife. Lavender cottage is set in Monkstown the oldest part of Ladybank and the cottage was build in 1810. Ladybank grew up round the railway and the station still remains as a fine example of a largely unaltered piece of nineteenth century architecture. The town boast a selection of shops and a quaint little pub which provides an excellent selection of Scottish fayre and beers and also offers occasional live music.
